Returned Goods
For all returns of clippers, you must contact Outlandish Items Ltd on 0845 2000 258 and get a returns number, failure to do so could slow up the processing of your return.
Returns: Non Faulty
If you find that the clippers are unsuitable or you are not totally satisfied, providing you notify us within 7 working days from receipt of the goods and return to us unsoiled, unused and in the original packaging, you will be entitled to an exchange or refund of the full purchase cost, excluding carriage. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the clippers and they should be well packed and clearly labelled.
We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage for the return of your clippers, along with adequate insurance from the Post Office if making a return, to enable you to make a claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
Returns: Faulty Goods
Faulty clippers should be returned to us in a clean condition. We will evaluate the fault, and repair, replace or refund including carriage, at our discretion.
