Ordering your clippers from Masterclip is easy, you can either order online or over the telephone. If purchasing online, you will instantly receive an email confirming your order.

How to Pay

Payments for Masterclip animal clippers are accepted through our secure online processing and your transaction will be shown in Sterling. PLEASE do not send us your card details by email, as this is NOT safe.

All major credit and debit card are accepted, except for Diners Club or American Express.

Confidentiality

All confidential details are destroyed once your animal clippers have been dispatched and no information is passed on.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time as long as it is done before we dispatch. If we have already dispatched your clippers, you can refuse the delivery or return them back to us at your cost. A refund will be issued immediately.
