What clipper should you use?
A good set of professional dog clippers are recommended for clipping your dog. The most important thing to consider when deciding on which clipper to use, is the size of the motor. Choosing the right clipper will depend on what breed of dog you have and the density of the coat. Our light duty 30w Masterclip dog clippers are suitable for most breeds, apart from dogs with a very thick coat such as Lhasa Apso’s and Bichon Frise. For these breeds, our medium duty Spirit or Duo clippers would be better, as they have more powerful motors.
