Delivery

FREE and fast delivery is included with your clippers to mainland UK only. For all other areas, please ask for a quote.

We do ship to Europe and outside the EU, please call for a quote.

Fast Despatch

Upon receipt of your order, we aim to process and dispatch your clippers within 24 hours. DHL are used for the delivery, as they offer a fast and trackable service. We dispatch Monday to Friday, but not weekends or Bank Holidays.

A signature is required upon delivery, so please consider this when stating your delivery address. If you are not in, the courier should leave a card for you to call back and arrange a more suitable day for redelivery.

If you have not heard from DHL about your consignment within 4 days from ordering, please call us at Masterclip, so we can track and trace your clippers.

Masterclip cannot be held responsible for any delays in the delivery made by DHL.

Special Deliveries

Saturday or Weekday AM deliveries can be arranged, but there will be a surcharge. Please telephone to request a price for either of these delivery services.
